The initiative, jointly organized by the An Hai Border Guard Station under the Dak Lak provincial Border Guard Command and the Tuy An Dong commune Youth Union, aims to modernize communication methods and apply digital tools to legal education for fishermen.
The project involves embedding information on IUU regulations, the Vietnam Border Defense Law, and other relevant laws in QR codes, allowing fishermen to quickly and conveniently access the content using their smartphones. This practical approach is expected to enhance the effectiveness of legal awareness and outreach efforts in coastal areas.
