Mr. Quyet addressed a Hanoi ceremony to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26), present the Ly Tu Trong Prize to 100 outstanding Youth Union officials and the First Class Labor Order to the Youth Union.

Congratulating the honorees, the senior Party official emphasized that in the era of national rise, youth always hold an extremely important role and responsibility. This force will continue the revolutionary cause and pioneer in accessing new knowledge, mastering science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, and international integration, he said.

At the event, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Bui Quang Huy said that 2026 is the year of implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the year of organizing the 13th National Congress of the Youth Union. The theme for this year's agenda is "Strongly innovating the working methods of the Youth Union".
