The survey, which was released on Wednesday, revealed that 72 percent of respondents believe Vietnam will be better off in 15 years than it was before 2019.

However, Vietnamese youth want more practical education courses and say they hope Vietnam will learn lessons from other countries about fostering talent, protecting the environment, and promoting creativity and quality of life.

Respondents said an ideal Vietnam in 2035 will have no poor people, a guaranteed education, open access to advanced technology, modern infrastructure, and sustainable development.
