The Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court held the first trial for the divorce case between Mrs. Tran Thi Thanh Thao as the petitioner and Mr. Pham Van Luong as the respondent at 07:30 (local time) on February 17, 2020. The venue for the trial was the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Court, No.16, Nguyen Tat Thanh street, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province. A second trial will be held at 07:30 (local time) on March 17, 2020 at the same venue.
If Mr. Pham Van Luong is absent at the trial, the case will be addressed according to Vietnamese law.
