Mr. Phan Xuan Tung, as the respondent, was born on July 15, 1988,. His address is 2611SE 84THAVE PORTLAN, OR97266, USA.
The first court session will be held on February 28, 2020.
A second court session will be held on March 27, 2020.
The venue is the Can Tho municipal People’s Court, No.17A, Nguyen Van Cu street, An Binh ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city.
If Mr. Phan Xuan Tung is not present at the trial, the Can Tho city People’s Court will handle the case in his absence as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
