Vietnam has attracted new or increased investments from 52 countries and territories since the beginning of this year. Hong Kong topped the list with 3 billion USD, followed by Japan with 2.1 billion USD and Singapore with 1.6 billion USD. The northern province of Hai Duong, Hanoi and HCM city took the lead in foreign direct investment attraction.
