(VOVworld)-Conferences have taken place across Vietnam to promote the Party Central Committee (PCC)'s resolution on Party building work. At Wednesday’s meeting in Hanoi, Secretary of the Party Central Committee Ha Thi Khiet called on delegates to comprehend the resolution to uphold the Party’s fighting spirit, create high consensus within the Party and the population and consolidate trust between the Party and the people.

Delegates at a similar event in the southern province of Ben Tre said that the resolution will fail if words and actions don’t match. Tran Cong Ngu, Vice Chairman of the provincial association in support of poor patients and the disabled commented: “The resolution is vital for Party building and rectification. I’m confident that effective implementation of the resolution will help the Party get past any challenges.”            

Meanwhile, a conference in the northern mountainous province of Lai Chau put forward 4 solutions, focusing on criticism and self-criticism, personnel and Party activities, policies and political and ideological education.
