Travel program promotes six northern localities
(VOVWORLD) - A travel program was launched on Wednesday to promote tourism in six northern provinces: Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Lang Son, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, and Ha Giang.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Doan Van Viet said at the launch ceremony that this program will promote the potential of these localities to investors and visitors.
“I urge each locality to design tourism services that make it distinctive from others by exploiting the unique culture of local ethnic minority groups. We should advance toward digitization and IT applications. The domestic market must be given priority,” said Viet.
The three-day event will feature tea-related art performances and ethnic costume shows.
