"I went to Bali during the Tet holiday. Before that, I started doing some research. I have already known Amed was the best place to go. It is famous for diving," said James Demin.

"It was a very positive experience. I went from being able to dive maybe 5 meters on one breath and stay under for over one minute. By the end I was diving 12 meters and able to hold myself at that depth for nearly 3 minutes," said James Demin.

"I learned technique to lower my heart rate, and to use visualization in order to not be bothered by the buildup of CO2 in my body. I got better at that, and I also learned to move more efficiently through the water, so I could waste less energy and lessen oxygen while I was under water. So I could stay down longer," said James Demin.

"The course itself includes everything you need. And mine also included lunch on both days, the cost was around 200-300USD. With that you got certified as well," said James Demin.
