Quang Ninh province's Police Department held a ceremony to conclude the training program of the mobile police force in 2023. Attending the ceremony was Major General Le Van Sao, Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Command, and representatives of departments, sectors, police units, and localities. Colonel Nguyen Thuan, Deputy Director of the provincial Police Department, Commander of the Provincial Reserve Mobile Police Regiment, chaired the ceremony.
In 2023, there have been four training courses and two advanced training courses for the reserve police force organized by the Quang Ninh provincial Police Department.
The police reported on the training results including a series of difficult content: martial arts of the People's Police, tactics and formations to disperse disturbing gatherings, demonstrations, and riots, and using professional dogs.
Police martial arts is the continuation and development of national martial arts in combination with a number of modern martial arts in the world to suit the combat training of the police force.
