AUMX-2 brought together naval vessels from eight ASEAN member states and the United States, while Timor-Leste, Cambodia, and Laos sent officers.

The Vietnamese delegation participated in scenario-based discussions, workshops, drills, and sports and cultural exchange activities, demonstrating Vietnam’s role, responsibility, and commitment to promoting cooperation for humanitarian purposes, peace, and maritime security.

This is also an opportunity for the Vietnam People’s Navy to strengthen friendship and cooperation with regional and international naval forces.
