The road spans a total of 1.9km and is expected to ease traffic congestion at Phap Van Intersection, an area known as the capital’s gateway.

The project connects the eastern road of Hoang Mai district's administrative area to Tam Trinh Street, with construction beginning on the project in 2019.

Work on the area helps to connect main roads, reduce pressure on Belt Road No.3, and foster economic development in the southeast area of Hanoi.

The road is one of the capital’s key transport works and aims to address traffic congestion.

The road runs through Thinh Liet and Yen So wards in Hoang Mai district.
