Addressing the event attended by Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue, Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung praised the strong growth of the capital city’s private sector over the past 4 years. From 2016 to September 2019, more than 93,000 companies were established, 22.5% higher than in the previous 4 years. Foreign investment attraction increased 3.2 fold. Small and medium sized enterprises have played a core role in Hanoi’s construction and development.
