On Sunday, Mr. Man inspected the expansion of Phu Quoc International Airport, Provincial Road DT.975, the first section of the urban railway, APEC Boulevard, and the APEC Convention Center.
“We must uphold the spirit of ‘three nos’. No delays means June 30, 2027, is a firm deadline. No lowering of standards means safety, quality, and aesthetics must meet international standards. And no violations means projects must proceed swiftly and safely, in compliance with the law and with transparency, without any loss or waste of resources,” he said.
Mr. Man stressed that residents relocated to make way for the projects must have stable homes and living conditions equal to or better than those they had before.
