Approximately 29,000 COVID-19 patients recover on Sunday

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam logged additional 5,376 COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours as of 5 pm Sunday. They included 9 imported cases and 5,367 locally transmitted cases in 39 cities and provinces.

So far, Vietnam reported 808,578 COVID-19 infections, ranking 43rd among 223 countries and territories.

The same day, 28,859 COVID-19 patients fully recovered bringing the total recoveries to 693,797. 114 COVID-19 patients died on Sunday.
