Zhao made the statement following Putin's remarks in an interview with US media, saying Russia and China have developed a strategic partnership relationship that has never before been achieved in the history of the two nations, with a high level of trust and cooperation.
Zhao said China and Russia are united like a mountain, and their friendship is unbreakable, adding that in one month's time, they will mark the 20th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation.
