(VOVWORLD) - Chinese Premier Li Qiang will pay an official visit to Vietnam from October 12 to 14 at the invitation of Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, according to a communique from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam.
