Visitors can sample local specialties, take part in cooking activities, watch traditional craft demonstrations, and enjoy interactive culinary art performances.
A highlight of the festival is the “Essence of Quang Cuisine” space, featuring more than 200 local, regional, and international food stalls.
Visitors can enjoy iconic central Vietnamese dishes like Quang noodles and pork rolls with rice paper, plus a variety of international dishes.
Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Vice Chairwoman of the Da Nang People’s Committee, said the festival is intended to position Da Nang as one of the region’s leading culinary destinations.
“The highlight of the Da Nang Food Tour Festival 2026 is its new approach, bringing regional cuisine beyond the boundaries of ordinary dining to become a multi-sensory experience, where visitors can touch, feel, and immerse themselves in the local culture,” said Thi.
The festival will be held until Sunday at multiple locations, including East Sea Park, Tan Thanh Beach in Hoi An, Tam Thanh Beach Square in Tam Ky, and many other venues throughout the city.
The festival’s activities will include Beer Fest Night, the “Sea Flavor” Culinary Festival, and the Hoi An Dong Folk Cake Festival.
