At a meeting to prepare for the national program called “The whole country lends the poor a helping hand.” Mr. Hue urged the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Central Steering Committee for National Target Programs to continue working on receiving and distributing this year’s funds for the poor.

The national program to raise funds for the poor will take place on October 17, the Day for Vietnamese Poor, to respond to the Prime Minister’s call to help the poor so that nobody is left behind. By the end of July, the Central Fund for the Poor received nearly 2 million USD.
