Delegates discussed the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economy, and how to approach EVFTA opportunities and solutions to support businesses during and after the pandemic.
Doctor Nguyen Tuan Hoa, an IT solution consultant at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre, said, “The EVFTA is an opportunity and more similar opportunities will appear. Digital transformation is the essence. If businesses successfully integrate digital technology, they can access all markets, not only the EU. Digital transformation decides businesses’ existence or discharge. It’s a compulsory process.”
