E-payment of traffic fines to be piloted from March 13

(VOVWORLD) - From Friday, traffic violators in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Da Nang and Binh Thuan can pay their fines via the National Public Service Portal, according to the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security.
