Most of the surveyed (79%) said they began using their vehicles within three years, while most electric car users (87%) had less than one year of experience with their vehicles.
Electric car users scored the environmental impact of their vehicles 4.1 out of 5 and 3.8 on satisfaction, trust, and economic efficiency. Meanwhile, the vehicles’ quality and appearance only got a 3.5 out of 5.
One fourth of those surveyed said they wanted to see increasing use of electric bicycles and motorbikes. The number tripped for electric cars, at 61%.
