EU accepts Brexit deadline extension

(VOVWORLD) - The EU 27 has agreed that it will accept the UK's request for a Brexit flexible extension until the end of next January, European Council President Donald Tusk said on Twitter on Tuesday.

He added that this may be the last extension and urged the UK to make full use of this time.

The EU on Monday agreed to give the UK 3 more months to settle its home affairs before passing a Brexit deal.
