If the UK refuses to contribute to EU’s budget in 2019, the EC will put forward a revised plan for funding science research and agriculture.
The UK’s exit from the EU, scheduled for the end of October, will leave a big hole in the EU’s budget, affecting its policies on foreign investment, employment, anti-terrorism activities, and the financial contributions of the remaining EU 27 members.
