Speaking at a meeting with Mongolian Ambassador Jigjee Sereejav in Hanoi on Tuesday, Minister Trung spoke highly of new developments in bilateral cooperation in culture, tourism, education and training, and people-to-people exchanges, particularly the signing of the 2023 visa exemption agreement for holders of diplomatic, official, and ordinary passports, which has facilitated exchanges and tourism cooperation between the two countries.
He proposed that Mongolia create favorable conditions for Vietnamese businesses to invest in clean energy and construction, while boosting local-level cooperation and people-to-people exchanges.
Ambassador Jigjee Sereejav affirmed that, in any future position, he would continue to make every effort to contribute to the strong development of Vietnam–Mongolia relations.
