Receiving Thammasak Sethaudom, Chairman and CEO of SCG Group, the Vietnamese top leader welcomed the continued expansion of investment, production, and business by major Thai industrial corporations in Vietnam, especially in foundational industries, green industries, new materials, logistics, and supply chains.

During the meeting with Sarath Ratanavadi, Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO of Gulf Group, General Secretary and President Lam called on the company to work on projects by proposing capacity and investment capital, as well as a comprehensive plan. Vietnam is ready to create favorable conditions for investors with the capacity, experience, and long-term commitment like Gulf Group, he said.

Sarath Ratanavadi said that the Group wishes to become a strategic partner of Vietnam in strengthening national energy security through long-term investment in LNG power and renewable energy.

Talking to Chadatip Chutrakul, CEO of Siam Piwat Group, the General Secretary and President emphasized that the Group could research models for developing experiential destinations, combining retail, tourism, culture, creativity, and urban spaces, suitable for the needs of improving service quality and developing major cities in Vietnam.
