He said the Government has also worked hard to streamline administrative procedures and business conditions, improve the business environment, address land-related bottlenecks and stalled projects.
In a short time, the government has issued breakthrough mechanisms and policies to resolve issues in land-related and stalled projects. "If implemented effectively, these measures could unlock significant resources for production and business," PM Hung said, stressing the need to build trust between businesses and the public.
A stable, predictable and trustworthy business environment will encourage people and businesses to carry out production and business activities with confidence, he added.
PM Hung said the Government aims to maintain macroeconomic stability and keep inflation under control, strengthen financial discipline, improve laws and institutions, especially in investment and business, and promote infrastructure development, innovation and digital transformation. It will also continue streamlining the state apparatus to make it more efficient, he added.
The PM urged Hai Phong to keep strengthening its role as a hub for industry, seaports and modern services, while advancing administrative reform and promoting science, technology and innovation. He reiterated that the Government will support Hai Phong in making the most of its potential and strengths.
