Government proposes continued piloting specific mechanism for Ho Chi Minh City

Presenting the Government's report at the National Assembly’s 4^th session on Friday, Finance Minister Ho Duc Phoc said that the Resolution is a timely national decision, which is conducive for increasing autonomy, self-responsibility, dynamism and creativity, as well as promoting self-settlement of difficult problems for the City.

After five years of implementing the Resolution, the Ho Chi Minh City has achieved outstanding results, he added.
