The festival features lotus-themed performances, appreciation, and experiences. In the "Lotus–Essence and Life" space, residents and tourists can admire more than 30 unique lotus varieties from Hanoi and many other localities nationwide as well as experience handicrafts, OCOP products, fashion, and creative art inspired by the lotus flower. They can learn about lotus silk weaving, enjoy traditional lotus tea, and discover the culinary essence of lotus.
The Organizing Committee presented the Certificate of National Intangible Cultural Heritage to the Quang An lotus tea-making craft and announced a decision recognizing the West Lake Tourist Area.
