The project, which is to be designed by world famous Italian architect Renzo Piano, will be a cultural and architectural landmark of Hanoi.
Tay Ho district authority will hold a conference to collect opinions of people living in areas that will be affected by the project’s construction.
Quang An islet will have green space, an amusement park, a spiritual and cultural park, commerce and service areas, and hotels.
