In his address, the Prime Minister asked the province to attract more investment and create a new momentum for quick economic recovery and sustainable development. He said it’s important to prepare necessary conditions to meet the growing demand of investors focusing on improving the investment environment and reforming administrative procedures.

The Prime Minister said: "Hau Giang province needs to turn potential into resources material resources for the province to grow and for the people to have a life happy and wealthy life and turn ambition into reality. I hope that Hau Giang province will promote self-reliance for further development."

The Prime Minister asked investors to expand their business with the spirit of promoting sincerity, trust, and responsibility, develop sustainable, long-term business strategies, and implement their investment commitments. He urged the investors to seize opportunities and engage more in the local strong sectors while promoting environment protection.

Prime Minister Chinh said: "We hope that investors have sentiment, trust and love with this land and join the locals to overcome difficulties. It’s important to harmonize interests of businesses, the people, and the State."

The Prime Minister reiterated the government’s policies of not sacrificing social progress, environment, and people’s life for purely economy growth and investment attraction.

The same day, the Prime Minister paid tribute to fallen soldiers at the Hau Giang Province Martyrs’ Cemetery on the occasion of the 75th War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day.
