Head of Party Personnel and Organization Commission visits Yen Bai

(VOVworld) – Head of the Party Central Committee’s Personnel and Organization Commission To Huy Rua visited Yen Bai province on Wednesday.

He discussed with provincial leaders the implementation of development tasks in the first 6 months of the year and preparations for party congresses at all levels. Mr. Rua said that the province should focus on party building in order to ensure socio-economic development, national defense and security. He said it is important to improve the quality of party cells and party members and increase party inspections.
