To meet the demand, the tourism sector launched 1,000 new products and services, alongside major events like the 22nd Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival and the 2026 Bread Festival, as well as fireworks displays and cultural performances in many locations.
“Despite rising transportation costs, we have kept prices the same as last year. This has helped to stimulate holiday travel demand, with bookings increasing 15-20% this year,” said Tran Phuong Linh, Marketing and IT Director at Ben Thanh Tourist.
“Demand has surged, especially on short-haul routes like Vung Tau and Da Lat, putting pressure on service providers. But we prepared early and worked closely with partners to ensure supplies and maintain service quality,”
