Running for three months, this is the longest festival in Vietnam's northern region. The management board said that during a week-long Tet holiday, Huong Pagoda welcomed about 80,000 visitors. This year, they sell e-tickets and scan QR code instead of paper tickets as before.
The Huong Tich pagoda festival opened in Ha Tinh province on Friday. Many art activities, sports tournaments, and folk games such as traditional wrestling, boat racing, stick pushing, tug of war are taking place.
During the lunar new year, Huong Tich pagoda welcomes about 3,000 visitors a day. The Huong Tich Pagoda festival will run until mid-May.
