The Foreign Minister made the remarks during her 3-day working visit to China, concluding Friday.
In an online press briefing following talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Marsudi said: "During our bilateral talks, we discussed issues of the region and the world, including those of ASEAN. China is an important partner of ASEAN. ASEAN and China will mark their 30th anniversary of partnership. Indonesia believes that the ASEAN-China partnership will continue to strengthen as long as both sides abide by international law, especially in the East Sea."
Indonesia and China shared strong determination for further economic cooperation during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, said the Indonesian diplomat.
