They include the amended Oil and Gas Law, the Law amending and supplementing several articles of laws related to commerce, the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Electricity Law, the Law on Derivative Commodity Transactions, and the Law on Key Industries.
Prime Minister Hung stressed the need to ensure energy security and a just energy transition. The Ministry of Industry and Trade is responsible for preventing electricity and fuel shortages under all circumstances, he said, it must promptly build national fuel reserves and speed up the use of E10 gasoline.
