Over the past 20 years, IPV has shipped more than 4 billion product units and contributed over 110 billion USD in export value. In 2025, the facility contributed 11.67 billion USD in export value, accounting for 57% of Sai Gon High-Tech Park's export turnover and about 12% of Ho Chi Minh City's export turnover.

At the event, Minister of Science and Technology Vu Hai Quan said that after 20 years, Vietnam now has a semiconductor market worth over 21 billion USD and attracted more than 14 billion USD in foreign investment in over 240 projects. There are roughly 60 integrated circuit design companies with a workforce of 5,000-7,000 design engineers. Intel has paved the way for Vietnam's semiconductor industry, the Minister said.
