Senior Iranian officials and political figures attended the ceremony, which included final prayers led by his son, Ayatollah Seyyed Mostafa Khamenei.
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in a joint US-Israeli airstrike in Tehran on February 28, an attack that triggered a 40-day conflict.
