Prime Minister Hung chaired a working session with the Ministry of Justice on the task implementation from the beginning of 2026 and the direction and key tasks for the coming period. He emphasized that as the strategic advisory body to the Government on lawmaking and institutional improvement, the Ministry and the Justice sector need to take the lead in innovating thinking in lawmaking; promote their role in improving legal risk management capabilities as the country integrates more deeply into the international community; and enhance capacity and strengthen discipline in the enforcement of policies and laws.
The Prime Minister urged continued improvement in capacity and effectiveness in handling emerging international legal issues, especially international investment disputes; protecting national interests, the rights and legitimate interests of individuals, organizations, and state agencies in Vietnam.
