The 2-day Congress sets the goal for the 2026-2031 term as continuing to build and develop the Vietnam Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities into a strong, effective, and professional organization.
The Association will strengthen communication and raise social awareness about disability issues, while promoting the mobilization of resources domestically and globally. It will prioritize support for livelihoods, vocational training, job creation, and healthcare for people with disabilities.
