Many supermarkets, traditional markets reopen on the second day of Tet

(VOVWORLD) -On Saturday, the second day of the Lunar New Year holidays (Tet), a number of supermarkets are reopened with abundant supply of goods and essential goods sold at stable prices in Big C, Saigon Co.op, Aeon Mall, and MM Mega Market.

Pham Thu Hoai, who was shopping at the Saigon Co.op supermarket in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, said, “The price here is the same as before Tet, that’s why I chose to buy things in the supermarket. During Tet holidays, prices are higher in the traditional markets. Here the vegetables and fruits are fresh.”
