Ministry of Construction’s former leaders honored

President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Thursday presented Independence Order, 2nd Class, to former Construction Minister Pham Hong Ha,

Addressing the ceremony, the President asked the Ministry of Construction to finetune its institution, including the decentralization of authority and administrative reform so as to achieve the sector’s targets over the next five years and successfully implement the 13^th National Party Congress’ resolution.
