Mr. Hue said every Vietnamese person in Laos and every Vietnamese enterprise operating there must be an ambassador for preserving and developing the special relationship between Vietnam and Laos.
He praised the contributions of the Vietnamese Embassy and community in Laos in furthering bilateral friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation.

Mr. Hue suggested that leaders of Vietnam's provinces consider providing scholarships to Lao students of Vietnamese descent to promote the bond between the two countries.
