"Hanoi must push harder to restructure its economy and renew its growth model. Priority should go to strategic breakthroughs, addressing issues in institutions, infrastructure, and human resources," Mr. Man said.
It should also create policies to enforce the Capital Law by 2025, driving progress for the region and the nation, he added.
Chairman Man said Hanoi must uphold its role as the central driver of growth in the Red River Delta, the key economic region of the North. It should improve Vietnam’s global competitiveness with advanced, connected infrastructure and address environmental pollution and waste, he said.
