Discussions focused on clarifying the theoretical and practical basis for amending the Land Law; ensuring proper institutionalization of the Party's viewpoints, guidelines and policies, especially Resolution No. 18 of the 13th Party Central Committee and the land-related provisions of the 2013 Constitution.
After the National Assembly discusses for the first time the draft Land Law at its 4th session in October 2022, the National Assembly Standing Committee will coordinate with the Government to gather people's opinions on the amendments.
