Chairwoman Ngan said that the Party, State and people of Vietnam always remember the great merits of heroic martyrs, heroic Vietnamese mothers, wounded soldiers, and national contributors.
She asked sectors and localities, including the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, to better care for revolutionaries and Vietnamese heroic mothers.
