They include Resolution on approving the State budget settlement for 2024; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Personal Income Tax, the Law on Value Added Tax, the Law on Corporate Income Tax and the Law on Special Consumption Tax.
Other resolutions include Resolution on the National Assembly's supervision program for 2027 and Resolution on establishing a specialized supervision delegation of the National Assembly for 2027; and the National Assembly's Resolution on the Development of Vietnamese Culture.
Afterwards, the Assembly holds a closed-door meeting to hear the report explaining, receiving feedback, and revising the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on specific mechanisms and policies to handle violations of land law by organizations and individuals occurring before the 2024 Land Law came into effect, and solutions to continue resolving obstacles for outstanding and long-standing projects, and vote to approve these resolutions.
Also in the morning, the National Assembly holds its closing session and proceeds to vote on the draft resolutions on the 5-year socio-economic development plan for 2026-2030; the 5-year national financial plan for 2026-2030; public debt borrowing and repayment plan for 2026-2030; medium-term public investment plan for 2026-2030; and the first session of the 16th National Assembly.
