The National Assembly approved national target programs on social economic development for ethnic and mountainous regions, new rural area building and sustainable poverty reduction from 2021 to 2025 and the government Decree to realize the targets.
Delegates called for an acceleration of the issuance of legal documents, mechanism and policies to implement those national target programs.
