The National Public Service Portal offers 119 public services, including tax declaration and payment, accounting, auditing, banking, and custom service. After 7 month of operation, the Portal recorded 49 million visits and processed 11 million dossiers.
Minister Dung said: “When we create a favorable environment, the participation of tax and customs agencies is very important. We are preparing to welcome a wave of investment as we are seen by foreign organizations and individuals as a good destination and good model in Covid-19 prevention and control. If we cannot create a good business environment, we may lose opportunities. We must better serve businesses and people.”
