Users can express their gratitude and appreciation towards General Secretary Trong by taking the following steps:

Step 1: Log in to your level 2 account on VneID.

Step 2: From the app’s home screen, tap “Send condolences”.

Step 3: Fill in the title and content of your condolences.

Step 4: Tap “Preview” to view your condolence messages before sending.

Step 5: Tap “Send.”
